Booking policy

 

Please request your lesson or package of lessons directly with me using email/phone number provided on the CONTACT page.

Once received, I will be in touch within 24hr to answer your query or schedule your lesson(s).  Once we agree day/time for your lesson, I will ask you to confirm your booking with payment, via bank transfer.

 

Lessons are booked on a first-come-first-served basis, meaning your lesson or package of lessons, is only confirmed once payment is received.  

 

If I do not receive payment for your 1-to-1 lesson or package of lessons more than 24hrs before the scheduled day/time of your lesson or first day of your package, your lesson(s) will be released and available for another student to book.

 

2-to-1 lessons:

 

If I do not receive payment more than 48hrs in advance of scheduled lesson or package of lessons from both participants, anyone paid and registered will have the option to rebook as a 1-to-1 lesson or package at additional charge, or to cancel that lesson or package and request a refund.

 

Because both students will be practicing the same exercises, you will need to be matched at similar levels/abilities to get the most out of your 2-to-1 lesson or package of lessons.  Out of respect for your practice partner, I do not allow substitutions - so if you book your lesson or package of lessons, we expect that it will be you taking it.   

 

No-shows/cancellations

 

If you give me more than 24hrs notice to cancel or reschedule your 1-to-1 lesson it will be available to book at another date before it's expiry. 

 

If you neglect to give me more than 24hrs notice to cancel or reschedule your 1-to-1 lesson, it will be treated as having been used whether or not you attend and you will not be entitled to a refund or to reschedule. 

 

If I have to cancel your lesson, for any reason (such illness or emergency), I will do my best to give you advance notice and in such instances, you will be able to re-book that lesson, with expiry date of that session be extended 14 days.  It is your responsibility to make sure I have the best way to contact you to notify you of cancellations.

2-to-1 Lessons

 

If you give me more than 48hrs notice to cancel or reschedule your 2-to-1 lesson it will be available to book at another date before it's expiry. 

 

If you neglect to give me more than 48hrs notice to cancel or reschedule your 2-to-1 lesson, it will be treated as having been used whether or not you attend and you will not be entitled to a refund or to reschedule. 

 

If I have to cancel your lesson, for any reason (such as illness or emergency), I will do my best to give you advance notice and in such instances, you will be able to re-book that lesson, with expiry date of that session be extended 14 days.  It is your responsibility to make sure I have the best way to contact you to notify you of cancellations.

 

If your practice partner has cancelled more than 48hrs in advance of scheduled lesson, you will have the option to rebook as a 1-to-1 lesson at additional charge or to cancel that lesson and request a refund (if it was booked as an individual 2-to-1 lesson) or reschedule it (if booked as a part of the package).

 

If you are unable to make your lesson, unfortunately I do not allow substitutions.

 

 

Your purchase

 

I cannot guarantee specific equipment will be available for your lesson.  It is at my (teacher’s discretion), which equipment will provide you with the best workout to help you achieve your goals.

 

Please note the expiration and terms of your purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise noted, all single lesson purchases and packages are valid for 3 months from their purchase date and must be used during that time.

 

All lessons can be booked per my availability.  I will do my best to accommodate preferred lesson times but in some cases, this may not be possible (especially during peak times or holiday periods). You will not be entitled to any refund for any un-used single lessons on your account.  To avoid losing pre-purchased single lessons, please book at time of purchase. 

 

You purchase a lesson with a specific teacher. This means that in the event of my unavailability, your lesson cannot be rebooked and taken with another teacher.  Each teacher works for him or herself and services are non-transferrable unless otherwise stated.

 

Refunds

 

You cannot transfer un-used single lessons or bookings without my permission.  Please, just ask us.  Such permission will not be unreasonably withheld.

You will not be entitled to any refund for any un-used single lessons on your account.  To avoid losing pre-purchased single lessons, please book at time of purchase. 

 

No refunds or extensions will be given for expired un-used single lesson purchases.  

 

No refunds or extensions will be given for any un-used portions of pre-paid packages.

 

You can request a refund for active single lessons/ whole packages that have been cancelled more than 24hrs from their confirmed booking/start date.
